William Robert Roy was a Democrat representing Kansas in the 92nd and 93rd Congresses between January 3, 1971 and January 3, 1975. He received a B.S. from Illinois Wesleyan University in 1946, an M.D. from Northwestern University Medical School in 1950, and a J.D. from Washburn University Law School in 1970.
